Chief Financial Officer
Josh Zuckerwise has nearly 20 years of accounting, operations and business management experience. He is responsible for the firm’s financial and operational functions. Josh joined Armory in 2008, where he spent over four years before joining TriLinc Global. At TriLinc Global, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and was responsible for the accounting, SEC reporting, compliance and operations of a 1933 Act registered fund and of a Registered Investment Adviser. Josh returned to Armory in 2013. Prior to initially joining Armory in 2008, Josh served as the Global Controller at Clearwater Capital Partners, a multi-billion-dollar investment manager focused on the investment and trading of distressed loans and private equity investments predominantly in Asia. In this capacity, Josh was responsible for the accounting, reporting, compliance and operations of various vehicles. Josh began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York where he spent six years focusing on the audits of alternative investment management and broker-dealer clients.
Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a focus on Accounting, from Tulane University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
