Andrew Pharaoh

Biography

Andrew has more than 8 years experience in both sell-side M&A and buy-side rolls. Currently, Andrew works primarily with founder-owned Companies helping them navigate all facets of a M&A transaction. Previously, Andrew was an Associate at Silver Oak Services Partners, a middle-market private equity fund focused on healthcare and business service Companies based in Chicago, IL. Andrew began his career at Harris Williams in the healthcare group.

Andrew earned an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business, a Masters Degree in Finance from Claremont McKenna College, and a BS in Accounting and in Finance from the University of Alabama with a minor in Mathematics.
