Chris O’Brien

Biography

Chris O’Brien has over 20 years of investment banking experience having advised clients on strategic sell-side and buy-side engagements, corporate divestitures, private equity financings, initial public offerings, and follow-on public offerings. Most recently, Chris served as a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities where he led the firm’s efforts in vertical software focused on asset-intensive industries. Prior to that, Chris held similar roles at Pacific Crest Securities and Revolution Partners.

Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
