Eric Golden has nearly 20 years of experience leading mergers, acquisitions, capital raises and other strategic transactions. At Armory, Eric has advised companies in technology, business services, media and entertainment, digital marketing and advertising, manufacturing/industrial, food and beverage, medical device, transportation, and other industries. Prior to joining Armory, Eric served in a wide range of strategic and operational leadership roles for ventures ranging from startups to billion-dollar companies. Eric built, led and ultimately sold Equipois Inc., a startup that pioneered an exoskeletal arm technology, as well as acquiring, growing and selling three other technology companies. Previously, Eric served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Panavision, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Washington Redskins, and Vice President and Special Counsel to MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings.
Eric earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as an officer of the Law Review, and an AB from Brown University, both magna cum laude.
