Robert von Furth

Biography

Rob von Furth has over 20 years of experience advising family-owned as well as sponsor-backed middle-market companies on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, special situations, private and public equity and debt offerings, board advisory, strategic alternatives, and valuations, with a focus on the Consumer and Retail industries. Prior to joining Armory, Rob was a senior member of Stout's investment banking team, where he advised on numerous transactions within consumer products, retail, and food sectors. Before joining Stout, Rob was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group at several well respected middle market institutions over the course of his twenty year career where he primarily focused on consumer companies and advised on both sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Rob earned his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
