Tom Thompson has over 15 years of investment banking experience, specializing in restructuring and revitalization advisory and banking services. Tom joined Armory from G2 Capital Advisors, where he developed and executed corporate finance strategies for distressed companies. Prior to G2, he held senior positions in the restructuring and investment banking groups at Seaport Global, Chanin Capital Partners and Imperial Capital where he represented a variety of constituents in distressed transactions, such as debtors, banks / secured creditors, unsecured creditors and equity holders. Tom has served as an expert witness in several chapter 11 cases and has also served on the board of directors of several companies post-restructuring.
Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from UCLA and was formerly a CPA.
