Armory Securities, LLC (“Armory”) is pleased to announce that Diamond Amusements (“Diamond”), a portfolio company of a U.S. middle-market private credit investment firm with more than $7.5 billion in assets under management, has completed a $77.2 million debt refinancing. Armory served as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent to Diamond in connection with the transaction.
Following a competitive process across a broad set of commercial banks, Armory helped Diamond secure a more efficient capital structure. The transaction reduced Diamond’s cost of capital, enhanced its financial flexibility, and positioned the company for continued organic and acquisition-led growth.
The financing is one of the first institutional refinancings in Georgia’s Coin Operated Amusement Machine (“COAM”) market following HB 353, which modernized the state’s regulatory framework and broadened institutional acceptance of the sector. The transaction establishes a financing precedent for scaled, compliant operators under the new framework.
Diamond is a leading Georgia Class B COAM operator. Diamond’s financial sponsor partnered with the company to support its acquisition-led growth strategy at a time when institutional financing for Georgia COAM operators was limited. Following several years of growth under financial sponsorship and the modernization of Georgia’s COAM regulatory framework, Diamond has evolved into a larger and more sophisticated operating platform.
