Armory Securities, LLC was retained as exclusive investment banker to Edmundson, Inc. (dba “Arbor Valley Nursery”) and Emundson, Land LLC which are Debtors in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Arbor Valley is a wholesale nursery serving the professional landscaping industry in the U.S. Rocky Mountain Region. Founded in 1980 as a field tree grower, the third-generation, family-owned business grew into a full-service wholesale supplier of trees, shrubs, perennials, evergreens and grasses. Headquartered in Brighton, CO with real estate in Brighton, Fort Collins, Eaton, and Colorado Springs, the business sells products to over 800 wholesale customers including landscaping contractors and designers who rely on the business for rapid-response delivery, online ordering and on-site training.
In coordination with the Debtor’s creditors and their respective advisors, Armory conducted a robust 90-day sale process under §363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, soliciting proposals from a broad universe of strategic and financial buyers. The process culminated in a competitive in-person auction conducted by Armory with 7 Qualified Bidders participating in the Auction on October 14, 2026. Armory ultimately structured and negotiated the sale of a portion of the Debtors’ real estate to the Janet Patrice Kreps Revocable Trust and substantially all of the remaining real estate and operating assets to Robinson Farm, LLC an affiliate of Autumn Landscaping in exchange for considerable cash consideration, assumed liabilities, and other value to the estate. Sales Orders were issued by the Court following a Sale Hearing on October 28, 2026 and the Sale transactions closed October 30, 2026.
