Armory Group, LLC, a leading financial advisory firm serving the middle market, is excited to announce Steve Moore as our new Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Services. Based out of our New York office, Steve brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, bankruptcy, and financial restructuring, with deep expertise in Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, FinTech and PropTech.
Prior to joining Armory, Steve was the founder and Managing Director of Causeway Advisors LLC, an independent consulting and advisory firm specializing in providing strategic and financial advisory services in the real estate market. Steve also brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at the global accounting and advisory firm KPMG LLP, where he headed the U.S. Real Estate Transaction Services and served as a Managing Director in Real Estate Investment Banking. While at KPMG, Steve provided strategic advisory and financial solutions, enabling successful transactions and financial restructurings in various client situations. Prior to KPMG, Steve was a founding member of the Real Estate Investment Banking team at Moelis and Company, where he focused primarily on bankruptcy and restructuring for real estate and hospitality clients and creditors. Before joining Moelis, Steve held investment banking roles at Citigroup and Houlihan Lokey.

Steve earned his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and his BBA from Loyola University, both with concentrations in applied finance and graduating with honors.
