Ryan Kolynych

Biography

Ryan Kolynych has more than a decade of experience in technology M&A across investment banking, private equity, and corporate development. Previously, he was the Founder of Ocean Crest Advisory, an enterprise software–focused buy-side advisory firm, where he advised clients on acquisition strategy, deal sourcing, and transaction execution. Prior to founding Ocean Crest Advisory, Ryan completed more than 25 transactions while serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Upland Software (Nasdaq: UPLD), where he led strategic acquisitions, and as Head of Corporate Development at Parallax Capital Partners, where he led investments in enterprise software businesses.

Ryan holds an MBA from University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and a BBA from Emory University.
