Kathleen Lauster

Biography

Kathleen Lauster, CFA, is a Managing Director with more than 20 years of investment banking and advisory experience. She possesses deep expertise in complex transactions, special situations, distressed M&A, restructuring-related advisory, and structured financings. She is known for her highly relationship-driven approach and an excellent track record advising sponsors, lenders, and middle-market clients.

Prior to joining Armory, Kathleen founded Fairfield Capital, building the firm from the ground up before moving the team to Ankura, where she led the investment banking platform. Kathleen also held roles at Houlihan Lokey in New York and London and began her career in Detroit, advising and lending to automotive suppliers.

Kathleen has received the Turnaround Atlas Award for Leading Female Dealmaker, and been honored as part of Irish America's Wall Street Top 50.

Kathleen received her MBA with Honors from University of Michigan Ross School of Business and her BA in Finance and International Relations from Michigan State University.
