Nathan Holmes

Biography

Nathan is responsible for providing transaction support and execution on deals across a variety of industries. He has more than two years of M&A and financial advisory experience. Prior to joining Armory Group in March 2022, Nathan worked as an M&A Analyst at Sevita Health where he was responsible for financial due diligence and deal execution.

Nathan also completed a one-year internship with HarbourVest Partners at their downtown Boston office while attending Suffolk University, where he earned an MBA with a finance concentration in May 2021. Nathan also holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from the University of Rhode Island, where he played football at the division-one level.
