Victor Gian

Biography

Victor is joining the NYC team as an incoming Investment Banking Associate at Armory Group, where he focuses on creditor advisory and financing-side transaction execution, including DIP financing, rescue capital, and exit financing solutions for companies in transition.

Prior to Armory, he spent four years on Teneo's NYC Financial Advisory Restructuring team, advising companies and creditors through complex, cross-border restructurings — including Northvolt's $5.8B Chapter 11 and Bird Global's Section 363 sale.

He began his career as a Valuation Consultant at Equity Methods in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he valued equity awards and helped grow the firm's Human Resources advisory practice with a focus on pay equity.

Victor holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Michigan -- Ann Arbor and is FINRA Certified (Series 79, 63).
